Victor H Lopez, J.D., MSHRM

Founder and Principal Consultant


Victor H. Lopez brings two decades of experience in human resources, culture building, employee relations, professional ​coaching, and executive leadership development.


Mr. Lopez has a demonstrated history of strategically aligning HR practices with organizational goals to build strong ​workplace cultures. This includes workforce development and up-skilling, conducting culture evaluations and developing ​strategies, elevating the employee experience, and developing and delivering customized training.


He has worked with major corporations like Chevron, Nabors Industries, and NBCUniversal, and he has supported ​prestigious institutions such as MIT and USC. He has also supported various non-profit organizations nationally. His ​experience extends to tech company Meta Platforms, pharmaceutical company BeiGene, and he has worked ​internationally in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, and Nigeria.


Mr. Lopez holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, an MS in Human Resources from ​Purdue ​University, and a JD from Loyola Law School, and he serves on the board of a non-profit dedicated to combating ​homelessness in Los Angeles.
